INTERMARK PACKAGING AND LABELLING, S.L., as the party responsible for this Website and in accordance with the provisions of current regulations on personal data protection, Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of 27 April 2016 (GDPR) regarding the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and the free movement of such data, Organic Law 3/2018, of 5 December, on Personal Data Protection (LOPDGDD), and Law 34/2002, of 11 July, on Services of the Information Society and Electronic Commerce (LSSICE), has implemented all the security measures, both technical and organizational, established in Royal Decree 1720/2007 of 21 December (which develops the LOPD) to guarantee and protect the confidentiality, integrity, and availability of the data entered.
